Scope of service
Sound Annuities provides written analysis of annuity contracts owned by the client, delivered by licensed advisors at Pinnacle Advisors. The deliverable is a written report with a recommendation. The service does not include execution of any contract action (surrender, exchange, annuitization), tax preparation, or legal representation.
Not personalized financial advice
The analysis is educational in nature. Decisions that depend on the client's tax situation, state law, or personal goals should be reviewed with the client's CPA, attorney, and fiduciary advisor. Acting on the analysis is the client's decision.
Money-back guarantee (Sound Annuities only)
If we cannot review your contract — or if you are unsatisfied with the report — we will refund any payment.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability with respect to any review is limited to the amount you paid for the review. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Pinnacle Group's principal office is located.
